After spending months tracking job applications in a chaotic spreadsheet, missing follow-ups, and submitting resumes that never got through ATS, I built the tool I wished existed.

The problem with job searching

Every job search is different, but the chaos is universal. You apply to 50 companies, lose track of half of them, forget to follow up with three that showed interest, and submit your resume to roles where it never had a chance, because no one told you about ATS systems.

I went through this. I had a spreadsheet that started sensible and ended up with 40 columns I couldn't remember the purpose of. I missed a follow-up with a company that had actually flagged me as a strong candidate. I submitted the same resume everywhere without ever checking if it was hitting the keywords each role needed.

Why I built RoleReady

I built RoleReady to solve the specific problems I ran into: organization, follow-through, and resume optimization for ATS. Not a generic productivity tool. Not another job board. A platform built specifically for the job search workflow.

The goal was simple: make it so you never lose track of an application, never miss a follow-up, and never submit a resume without knowing how it'll perform against automated screeners.
